TSS Site Safety and Health Officers(SSHO) provide experience and expertise on your DOD contracts. TSS can support Contracts of all sizes or handle SSHO needs on a casual basis local to our offices.

Our SSHOs

An SSHO provided by TSS is not your average SSHO. Our staff is built up of consultants that all hold a certification from the board of certified safety professionals, received 100 hours of safety training before starting a project and have multiple years of experience in the safety business.

Expertise

All of our SSHO are subject matter experts not only in occupational safety but also the DOD requirements (EM 385-1). Being experts make its simple for them to stay compliant and create the required documents such ad AHAs and APPs.

Experience

When filling a position for SSHO TSS looks for very specific characteristics in a person. TSS requires that all employees filling an SSHO position have spent time in a construction trade, have experience in occupational safety and we try our best to only hire veterans or active reservist only. This kind of experience helps our SSHOs work comfortably and flawless in an environment that they are used to.
